You can either use the quote form on our Contact page or give us a call instead. We don’t usually give final quotes over the phone, as we prefer to see the job in person first, meet you and discuss your requirements.

Once we see the job and agree on the terms with you, we will choose together the most convenient day and time for you in which we come and do our job /subject to availability/.

We accept cash payments, bank transfers and cheques. It’s entirely up to you how you would wish to pay us.

DIA Team Gardeners operates 6 days a week, Monday-Saturday. We work on Bank holidays too. We always strive to come back and do your job within 7 days of giving you an estimate.

No, we don’t. We always give free estimates both over the phone and in person, even if you decide to not go ahead with our offer.

Yes, sure you can. You can book us hourly over the phone. What is more, is that if you book in 5 visits during the course of a year, you get the sixth one at a 25% discount.

Rain is not a problem for us. We can perform all of our services normally if it’s raining outside. However, if it’s raining heavily, this may affect the quality of our work, so we’ll reschedule the appointment for another convenient time for you.

Of course, you can. You can hire us weekly, fortnightly, monthly and quarterly upon request. We can also advise you how often should your garden be maintained depending on its size and condition.

Yes, we do take away the garden waste we produced during the job and dispose of it accordingly and legally. We take the first 180 litres of waste for free, with any additional waste being removed for an additional fee.

We work for both domestic and commercial clients. Anyone who is looking to achieve a great gardening service, is welcome to get in touch with us. We’d be happy to help!

We usually send a team of 3 professionals on site, in order to achieve high standards of our work and be as efficient and quick as possible. For smaller jobs, we may send 2 gardeners instead.

All of our workers are competent professionals with notable experience, skills and knowledge. Also, each of our employees is fully insured and protected in case of an accident.

Yes, we can. All we’d like you to do is to let us know in advance what you need. We’ll purchase it and we’ll supply it along with the receipt.

Our professionals will come on site fully prepared and equipped. We use first-class petrol machinery, so there is no need for you to provide any tools. The only service that requires access to electricity and water is the jet washing.

Garden designing will be the new addition to our range of services. Coming in season 2023. How exciting!
