DIA Team Gardeners – Price List (Season 2026)

Below you will find our indicative pricing for garden maintenance, landscaping, and related services.

Please note that all prices are subject to site conditions, availability, and confirmation by a member of our team.

— RESIDENTIAL SERVICES —

  • Garden Maintenance – £67 per hour

(Discounts may apply for regular or recurring maintenance visits.)

  • Garden Clearance – £82 per hour

(Final price may vary depending on access, distance to the main road, complexity of works, volume of waste, and any hazards such as pipes, cables, sloping ground or working at height.)

  • Pressure Washing – £3.85 per square metre
  • Disposal of Garden Waste – £40 per full jumbo bag

(Discounts available for larger jobs and regular customers.)

— LANDSCAPING & INSTALLATION —

  • Patio & Paving Installation – from £95 per square metre

(Includes materials and labour. Initial site survey required.)

  • Decking Installation – from £90 per square metre

(Softwood timber decking only; materials and labour included.)

  • Fencing – from £50 per square metre

(Labour only.)

  • Turfing – from £20 per square metre (Labour only.)
  • Artificial Grass Installation – from £50 per square metre

(Labour only.)

  • Timber Sleeper Installation – from £85 per hour

(Labour only.)

  • Concrete Works & Groundworks – £109 per hour

(Initial site survey required as pricing may vary.)

— COMMERCIAL & ESTATE SERVICES —

  • Estate & Commercial Garden Maintenance – £79 per hour (incl. VAT)

— BESPOKE PROJECTS —

  • Hard Landscaping, Design & Build Projects, Driveway Installations, Irrigation Systems, and Full Garden Renovations 

(All bespoke projects require an initial site survey. Pricing is provided per project following assessment.)

— IMPORTANT INFORMATION —

All prices are valid for South London and Surrey only.

Prices are subject to availability and formal confirmation.

Every project is unique; therefore, exact pricing cannot always be provided without a site visit.

During the site survey, measurements will be taken and professional advice will be offered by our experienced team.

We strongly recommend booking a survey in advance for all landscaping-related enquiries.

In some cases, provisional estimates may be provided based on photographs or phone discussions; however, these may not be 100% accurate.

Formal written quotations are typically issued within 3–5 working days following a site visit.

    1. Pricing & Estimates
    All prices listed are indicative only. Final pricing will be confirmed following a site visit or written quotation.
    Estimates provided over the phone or based on photographs are non-binding and may change after site inspection.
    2. Site Surveys & Quotations
    Site surveys are strongly recommended for all landscaping and construction-related works.
    Formal written quotations are typically issued within 3–5 working days following a site visit.
    3. Deposits & Payments
    For larger projects, a deposit may be required prior to commencement of works.
    Payment terms, deposit amounts, and staged payments (if applicable) will be clearly outlined in your quotation.
    4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
    Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.
    Late cancellations may be subject to a call-out or cancellation charge, particularly where time, materials, or staff have already been allocated.
    5. Weather Conditions & Delays
    Many gardening and landscaping services are weather-dependent. In cases of heavy rain, frost, high winds, extreme heat, or unsafe ground conditions, works may need to be postponed or rescheduled to ensure safety and quality of workmanship.
    DIA Team Gardeners will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected works at the earliest mutually convenient date. Weather-related delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation without charge.
    6. Access & Customer Responsibilities
    Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area, including access to water, electricity (if required), and clear working space.
    Any delays caused by restricted access may affect pricing or completion timelines.
    7. Waste Removal
    Garden waste removal is charged separately unless otherwise specified in writing.
    Only green waste generated during the works will be removed unless agreed in advance.
    8. Variations & Additional Works
    Any additional works requested beyond the agreed scope will be discussed and priced separately before proceeding.
    9. Areas Covered
    All prices are valid for South London and Surrey only.
    10. Liability & Limitations
    While all reasonable care is taken during works, DIA Team Gardeners cannot be held responsible for pre-existing defects, hidden underground services, or structural issues not visible at the time of survey.
